I actually finished all the steps but didnt realize that the first one isnt done. And when clicking on it a pop out comes as you can see in the photo. I hope you can help. (MY ACCOUNT IS FULLY COMPLETE ALL INFORMATION IS VERIFIED EVEN PHONE NUMBER)

So it doesnt unlock any fatures, ok.
Anyways can you tel me how can I craete a backup for my wordpress website? Ive tried clicking on backup but it opens the premium price window.

If you visit phpmyadmin or Manage my database then once open click on your wordpress database and click export, and download as .sql file.

Their is no export their is only Manage, Change Password or Delete database
